OUR RENOVATION PROJECTS
Since buying our first home in 2008, we’ve become serial property renovators, seemingly preferring to live in building sites… What started out as learning how to do a bit of DIY to improve the homes we could afford to buy has enabled us to learn the skills to undertake more complex renovation projects. We’ve now renovated 5 houses, 5 flats, a shop. Three of these were Grade II listed properties and most have been in a state of disrepair. Our past renovation projects are below.

Our dream renovation; projects nine and ten! Five brilliant years spent restoring two derelict apartments in an 18th century Grade II* country manor house.
HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE
We restored a derelict thatched cottage into a costal escape. Our eleventh renovation which is now available for holiday rental.
