10 Year of Project Pego

Today marks 10 years since we bought our home in Pego, affectionately referred to as Project Pego.

It also marks the day the we sold this wonderful project; one which has shaped the last decade of our lives, and which will help shape the next years of our ambitions.

We never expected to sell our home so quickly; an asking price offer on the first day of viewings means we move onwards much quicker than we ever anticipated. In the next few days, we’re hoping to exchange on a new flat, as the villa we are building is far from habitable.

We left the house today with a sense of pride, but a lack of tears.

But I do wonder if the coming days will allow the emotion of the sale to catch us up.
